Dil'se Restaurant | A La Carte MenuTandoori DishesIn Tandoori dishes the meat is marinated overnight in a mixture of yogurt and lemon juice laced with pureed green chili, ginger, garlic and various ground seed spiced before roasting at high temperatures; the result is delicately spiced, tangy and tender. They are served with salad and borhani sauce, a Dhaka specialty combining our own home-made yogurt, apple, banana and mango chutney and freshly chopped coriander. If however this doesn't tickle your taste-buds, we'd be very happy to invent a spice curry sauce instead.
